The estimated delivery time for your order depends on several factors, including product availability, seller location, and delivery destination. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, public holidays or non-working days (including Sundays) may affect the estimated timeline.

Why does the delivery date vary from the standard timeline?
If your delivery date differs from the expected “X-Y business days,” it could be due to:

  • Public or regional holidays observed by the seller or logistics partner
  • Sundays or other non-working days
  • Specific delivery routes or service availability in your area

What determines the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery time is influenced by:

  • The seller’s processing and dispatch timelines
  • Product stock availability
  • Delivery location and accessibility
  • Courier partner’s network coverage

Different Sellers, Different Timelines
Each seller may have unique delivery times based on their inventory, location, and logistics capabilities. For more precise delivery estimates, enter your pin code on the product page.

Serviceability of Your Area
Your area’s delivery eligibility is based on:

  • The seller’s delivery preferences
  • Legal or shipping restrictions
  • Courier partner reach and capacity in your location
    You’ll see availability based on the pin code provided at checkout or on the product page.

Why is Cash on Delivery (CoD) unavailable in some areas?
CoD depends on:

  • The courier partner’s CoD serviceability in your area
  • The maximum allowed cash limit for delivery
    Enter your pin code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your region.

Order & Return Shipping

Order Not Received But Marked Delivered?
If you've received a delivery confirmation via SMS or email but haven’t received the order, please report the issue to us within 7 days for prompt investigation.

Need to Return a Product?
You can easily initiate a return by contacting our support team. We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever possible through our logistics partner. In cases where pickup isn't available, you may send the item back using a third-party courier. Return shipping fees are generally borne by the seller.


Product Availability Tags Explained

  • In Stock: Item is ready for dispatch and will be delivered within 2-6 business days, based on your pin code.
  • Available: Seller will procure the product once you place the order. Delivery time may vary.
  • Preorder / Forthcoming: Product can be booked before release. Shipping begins on or after launch day.
  • Out of Stock: Product is currently unavailable. Use the ‘Notify Me’ option for updates.
  • Imported: Product is sourced from overseas; delivery may take 10 days or more.
  • Back In Stock Soon: You can pre-book the item. It will be shipped once back in stock.
  • Temporarily Unavailable: Product is out of stock for now; restocking time unknown.
  • Permanently Discontinued: Product is no longer sold or manufactured.
  • Out of Print: Product is no longer published or available.

International Shipping

Currently, Shopping Jinni does not support international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India. However, international customers can place orders using credit/debit cards issued in India and select countries, provided the delivery address is within India.
